جائزة القمة العالمية عبارة عن مسابقة عالمية لاختيار أفضل التطبيقات والمحتويات الإلكترونية حول العالم وتشجيعها, وهي تهدف بشكل عام إلى سد الفجوة الرقمية وتضييق فجوة المحتوى. وتضم المسابقة ممثلين عن 168 بلداً من مختلف قارات العالم. وتركيزا منها على الهوية الثقافية والتنوع الثقافي, فإن جائزة القمة العالمية تتطلع إلى مشاركة المشروعات القائمة على الوسائط المتعددة والتي تستخدم المحتويات عالية الجودة بشكل فعال يتسم بالإبداع إلى جانب مساهمتها في ترقيم التراث التعليمي والعلمي والثقافي. وتعقد المسابقة ضمن إطار أعمال القمة العالمية لمجتمع المعلومات وبالتعاون معها.

وقد تم إطلاق مسابقة جائزة القمة العالمية كمبادرة فريدة من نوعها لتكريم وتمييز والاحتفاء بأفضل المنتجات الإلكترونية على مستوى العالم في المجالات الآتية: 1. التعليم و التدريب الإلكتروني e-Learning  2. الثقافة و الحضارة الإلكترونية e-Culture 3. التطبيقات العلمية الإلكترونية e-Science 4. الحكومة الإلكترونية e-Government  5. الصحة الإلكترونية e-Health 6. التمويل و الأعمال الإلكترونية e-Business  7. تطبيقات الترفيه الإلكترونية e-Entertainment  8. الاحتواء الإلكتروني e-Inclusion

وتأتي هذه المسابقة لتكون أحد أهم الفعاليات المصاحبة لمؤتمر القمة العالمي لمجتمع المعلوماتية الذي عقدت المرحلة الأولى منه في جنيف العام 2003، حيث شاركت 136 دولة حينذاك، وشاركت في نسختها الثانية في تونس 168 دولة بواقع ثماني أعمال من كل دولة، أما نسخة العام الحالي 2007 في فينيسيا بإيطاليا فقد شارك فيها 160 دولة.
ويتم اختيار المواقع الفائزة من قبل لجنة التحكيم الدولية التي تلتئم كل عامين وتتكون من 36خبيرا وفنيا وتقنيا وأكاديميا ودبلوماسيين ورجال أعمال في مجال تقنية المعلومات وصناعة المحتوى الإلكتروني يتم اختيارهم من بين أكثر من 1000خبير من حول العالم، تنظر لجنة التحكيم في الأعمال المقدمة من الدول لاختيار أفضلها في كل مجال مطبقين معايير دولية صارمة لانتقاء أفضل تلك الأعمال. ومن أهم المعايير المطبقة لانتقاء المواقع الفائزة:
- الجودة العالية والشمولية في المحتوى
- سهولة الاستخدام من حيث الفعالية والتصفح والتوجيه
- القيمة المضافة من خلال الأنشطة التفاعلية والوسائط المتعددة 
- جودة التصميم والجانب التقني
- أن يمثل المحتوى أهمية إستراتيجية في التطوير العالمي لمجتمع المعلومات 
وفي النسخة الحالية للمسابقة WSA 2007 فازت الشبكة الإسلامية بجائزة القمة العالمية لأفضل موقعي ترفيهي تعليمي تفاعلي للأطفال الناطقين بالعربية وقد اجتمعت لجنة التحكيم الدولية في كرواتيا خلال الفترة من الحادي والثلاثين من أغسطس الجاري وحتى التاسع من سبتمبر 2007م لتقييم المنتجات المرشحة من 160 دولة فاز منها 24 دولة فقط من بينها قطر، ، الأمر الذي يظهر أهمية الإنجاز واحتدام المنافسة حيث عادت 136 دولة دون الحصول على شيء ، وسيتم تكريم الفائزين في الحفل العالمي الذي سيعقد في تشرين الثاني (نوفمبر) المقبل في فينيسيا بإيطاليا، بحضور رؤساء دول وكبار المسئولين من العالم.

ماهو حكم الإسلام في العمل في الصندوق الاجتماعي للتنمية وما هو مشابه له من مؤسسات تعمل في إعطاء القروض للشباب بفوائد ميسرة وهو يعطي قروضا ميسرة للشباب أفيدونا أفادكم الله.

الفتوى
الحمد لله والصلاة والسلام على رسول الله وعلى آله وصحبه وسلم أما بعد :  فقد حرم الله عز جل الربا في كتابه وعلى لسان رسوله، والنصوص القرآنية في ذلك كثيرة، وحرمة الربا من المعلوم من الدين بالضرورة عند أهل العلم. وفي آيات تحريم الربا أخبر الله عز وجل أن المقرض ليس له إلاَّ رأس ماله فقال سبحانه:وَإِنْ تُبْتُمْ فَلَكُمْ رُؤُوسُ أَمْوَالِكُمْ لا تَظْلِمُونَ وَلا تُظْلَمُونَ [البقرة:279]. فلا يجوز للمقرض أخذ زيادة على رأس ماله مهما قلَّت، فإن فعل فقد وقع في الربا. ولذلك كان مما تقرر عن أهل العلم أن كل قرض جر نفعاً فهو ربا - أيّاً كان هذا النفع، وأصبحت هذه المقولة قاعدة فقهية يحتج بها العلماء لإبطال كل منفعة يجرها القرض. وعليه فنقول: إقراض الصندوق بفوائد ميسرة -كما وصفها السائل- هو الربا الذي حرمه الله في كتابه وأعلن حربه على فاعليه. فلا يجوز العمل معهم فإن النبي صلى الله عليه وسلم يقول: لعن الله آكل الربا وموكله وكاتبه وشاهديه. وقال: هم سواء.رواه مسلم.  والله عز وجل يقول:وَتَعَاوَنُوا عَلَى الْبِرِّ وَالتَّقْوَى وَلا تَعَاوَنُوا عَلَى الْأِثْمِ وَالْعُدْوَانِ [المائدة:2]. والله أعلم .
